Our Story
GroupCAM, LLC, founded in 1997, is a commercial shopping center maintenance company and service business providing vacuum power sweeping, porter service, and a wide variety of both interior and exterior repair and maintenance services to owners, developers and property managers throughout the Washington DC, Baltimore, and Frederick metropolitan areas.
GroupCAM was founded in 1997 by Steve Rubin and Arnold Gordon to be a one-stop shop for cleaning, maintenance and repair demands confronting all property owners and managers.
Arnold Gordon
Co-Founder
Mr. Gordon, joined Mr. Rubin in 1986 after a long retail career and has almost 30 years experience alongside Mr. Rubin.
Steve Rubin
Co-Founder
Mr. Rubin has worked in the Shopping Center Industry for 40+ years, starting with his tenure at Federal Realty, and has extensive experience in all aspects of the field including management, leasing and shopping center development.
Alex Rubin
Director of Operations
Alex Rubin joined GroupCAM in 2011 and is the Director of Operations. He has extensive experience in field services and knows all areas of the cleaning and maintenance business.
Dany Rubin
Director of Operations
Danny Rubin Joined the GroupCAM team in 2018 and brings with him experience in all aspects of the property maintenance business. Among other responsibilities, Danny oversees the implementation of repairs and maintenance strategies for 150+ shopping centers/commercial properties.
GroupCAM has been maintaining our shopping centers for the past several years. Their service has always been consistent and reliable.
